    Job Title: Technical Engagement Manager

    • Play a significant role in presales and implementation, shaping solutions and leading technical execution for strategic customers
    • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding Salesforce customers on capabilities and implementation efforts
    • Lead pre and post-sales activities alongside Account Partners, developing comprehensive implementation proposals
    • Ensure high client satisfaction, correct project scopes, and deliver business value for each engagement
    • Provide oversight for project architecture on multi-cloud implementations and mentor teams
    • Lead multiple strategic clients, build customer relationships, and drive professional growth
    • Recognized as a valuable advisor and trusted professional in the industry

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver high client satisfaction by meeting goals and metrics
    • Correctly scope projects to meet client requirements
    • Ensure business value is realized for each customer engagement
    • Bring standard processes through deep platform expertise
    • Lead cross-functional teams, mentor others, and mitigate critical escalations

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in delivering solutions on the Salesforce Platform
    • 10+ years in consulting services, including team leadership
    • At least one Salesforce Application or System Architect certification
    • Ability to travel up to 25%

    • Successful track record in a matrixed organization
    • Ability to size and scope Salesforce projects
    • Passion for professional services in a cloud software company
    • Strong problem-solving and customer relationship development skills

    Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

    • Experience in pre-sales environment and enterprise-level project management
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive level presence
    • Ability to influence and facilitate solutioning at all levels
    • Excellent strategy development and problem-solving skills
