- 0.6 FTE=48 hours/every two weeks
- Work primarily daytime hours, 8-hour shifts between 6:15am and 5:30pm
- Weeknight and weekend call rotation 30 minute response time required
- Provide care to all ages during image guided procedures pre-procedural, post procedural, and administering conscious sedation as needed
- Associate Degree in Nursing
- Minimum of 2 years RN experience
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Wisconsin upon hire
- Ideal candidate will have prior experience providing sedation, be ACLS certified, and have Emergency Room or ICU experience

Gundersen Health System is seeking a part-time RN (0.6 FTE) to work in Interventional Radiology.
You will provide pre-procedural and post procedural care along with administering conscious sedation as needed to all ages during image guided procedures.

Job Description:
The registered nurse (RN) focuses on the health and wellness of individuals, families and populations in collaboration with other health care professionals by incorporating evidence-based practice in the management of acute illness, chronic disease, disability, and end-of-life care.
Major Responsibilities:
Assessment:
Systematically and holistically assesses the patient's physiological, emotional, sociocultural, spiritual, and financial status while considering lifestyle preferences and learning needs.
Planning:
Collaborates with patients, families, and health care professionals to develop a patient-centered plan of care to promote health and optimize wellness.
Intervention:
Provides competent and innovative patient care and education based on patient complexity, acuity, and nursing judgment within a culture of caring and safety.
Documentation:
Documents nursing assessment, planning, interventions, implementation, and patient/family response.
Evaluation:
Determines patient's progress toward achieving goal(s), and revises plan of care in collaboration with patient/family as needed.
Delegation and Supervision:
The RN delegates, supervises and evaluates the effectiveness of tasks performed by Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) who have the knowledge and skill to perform the task, taking into consideration the following:
