+ Operates building environmental systems and base utilities by using the Energy Management and Control System (EMCS) computerized control console for the surveillance and correction of off-normal and line fault alarms. + Using engineering designs and system generated display graphics, interprets the codes produced by the system to determine the point or points on alarm and the nature of the problem. Also performs duties of a production control controller.

Requirements:
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows 10, 11 software packages.
  • Working knowledge of Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems.
