    As a Data and Analytics Specialist, you will transform raw data into actionable insights using advanced analytics, AI, and machine learning. Your role will involve designing and implementing data strategies, analyzing complex datasets, and providing data-driven recommendations to support business decision-making.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement data collection and analysis strategies.
    • Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
    • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and provide solutions.
    • Create visualizations and dashboards to present data findings.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity.
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data analytics and AI.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
    • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Strong analytical and statistical skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
