    Description

    **Must have an active (or ability to obtain and maintain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph ***

    Responsibilities:

    • Develops bid/award negotiation strategy for project, allocating decision making authority and task responsibilities.
    • Leads procurement and subcontract activities on large size projects.
    • Perform resourcing survey and contract risk assessment, issue report of findings.
    • Support, guide, and implement changes in systems, processes, and procedures.
    • Manages a team of up to 13 employees at three different locations.
    • Review contract task force activities.
    • Travel to site locations to oversee contract operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have an active (or ability to maintain and obtain) TS/SCI with CI Polygraph clearance.
    • Must have experience with Supply Chain and Contracts Management in Government sector.
    • Must have leadership experience managing direct reports.
    • Strong knowledge of FAR for both subcontracting and material purchases.
    • Experience with Government regulatory audits.
