Duties and Responsibilities:

• Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws.
• Preventing alien smuggling at the border through surveillance and inspections.

In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also perform farm checks, building checks, traffic stops, city patrols, and transportation checks as part of your duties in this vital position.

Typical Assignments:

• Maintaining order along the international border with Mexico by performing physical searches for weapons contraband currency and other evidence on detained persons vehicles property etc...
