    Description
    Job Description The Air Combat Command's 67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW), 346th Test Squadron (346TS) plans, executes, and contributes as both an operational and participating test organization in a full array of operational tests of various cyber weapons in coordination with the 318 Range Squadron (318RANS) who provides instrumented cyber range services, through both physical hardware and virtual systems
    In support of this mission, ANALYGENCE is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage and administer processes and tools that enable the client organization to identify, document, and access intellectual capital and information content
    The successful candidate will also be responsible for the management and administration of processes and tools that enable the organization to identify, document, and access intellectual capital and information content
    to plan, prepare, and execute tests of systems to evaluate results against specifications and requirements, and analyze and report test results

    Specifically, the Procurement Specialist shall:

    • Manage large strategic acquisitions and prepare contracting documentation
    • Capture non-technical requirements for procurement purchases, hardware and software maintenance and Government Purchase Card purchases as applicable
    • Update requirements, statuses of commodities procurement in squadron acquisition databases by tracking commodities acquisition statuses from submission through delivery, inform Government budget personnel on status changes of commodities acquisition documents, liaison with contracting office concerning commodities procurements and requisitions, consult with Government personnel on technical issues of commodities acquisitions
    • Consult with Government budgetary personnel on uses of lines of accounting
    • Enter requirements into Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS) database, monitor status and provide status and approvals to Government personnel
    • Provide collaboration in the creation and editing of commodity acquisition documents to include but not limited to: Cost Estimates, Bills/Lists of Materials, Green Procurement Letters, Brand Name Justifications, Simplified Acquisition Strategies, Market Research, Statements of Objectives and other documents required for acquisition and procurement processes
    • Enter and track acquisition requirements into applicable database systems
    • Receive deliveries of acquisition material, equipment and supplies and update applicable databases
    • Act as a liaison between applicable contracting offices concerning commodities procurements and acquisitions Requirements
    • Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role
    • Knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, and ethics as they relate to cybersecurity and privacy
    • Knowledge of the capabilities and functionality associated with various technologies for organizing and managing information (e.g., databases, bookmarking engines) and functionality of various collaborative technologies (e.g., groupware, SharePoint)
    • Knowledge of the organization's core business/mission processes and the principal methods, procedures, and techniques of gathering information and producing, reporting, and sharing information
    • Experience conducting information searches and using knowledge management technologies
    • Ability to match the appropriate knowledge repository technology for a given application or environment
