- (1) Leadership: Lead working groups/discussions for all applicable areas of assigned FMS country.
- (2) Program Management: Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule for all current and future country efforts. Establish priorities, forecast and allocate approved resources to execute country efforts within established Cost / Schedule / Performance requirements.
- (3) Risk Management: Identify, document, and report all assigned country Integration Cost / Schedule / Performance risks to the PdM / DPdM. Monitor and update risk assessments on a regular basis based on PM Apache changes, contractor's technical approach, design reviews, IPT meetings, testing, and any other programmatic changes. Identify Issues and Opportunities, lead the development of corrective action plans and maintain oversight of execution of said plans to ensure that the issue/risk is resolved.
- (4) PPBE: Coordinate with Apache Cost Estimating Branch to establish cost estimates and forecast funding for all country specific efforts. Ensure all program costs are captured in the PAS sheets. Coordinate with Product Office budget and acquisition leads to receive funding for and execute assigned budget, identify potential contract overruns / underruns.
- (5) Work with Product Office and Redstone Army Contracting Command (ACC) acquisition team to plan, prepare, and execute required contract actions, obligate funding, and action contract deliverables in accordance with contracted schedule for all country specific efforts. Keep ACC abreast of upcoming contract actions and gain their concurrence on contractual milestones.
- (6) Represent the Apache International Product Office during meetings with external organizations to include other Project Offices, Army and DoD organizations, contractors, and foreign governments. Ensure PdM and DPdM approve meeting topics / agendas / briefing slides prior to the engagements and provide a back-brief on meeting outcome.
- (7) Communicate program expectations and requirements to Product Office leadership and all stakeholders. Communicate potential / actual changes and risks that may impact scope, budget, schedule, design, etc. to the PdM, DPdM as soon as possible.

Description
Duties and ResponsibilitiesProgram Integrator (PI) in the Apache International Product Office principally responsible for the cost, schedule, and performance of all efforts and contract actions required for the assigned country in International Apache for the AH-64D/E Apache. Primary individual responsible for the development of Statements of Work (SOW), coordinating development of the Independent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) with the Apache Business Office, and preparation of a complete Contract Requirements Package (CRP) for all assigned country efforts. Responsible for all cost, schedule and performance reporting on all contract actions for assigned country. Coordinates execution of working groups in support of assigned country efforts.
The PI is responsible for the following:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (experience can be substituted for education)
- 10+ Years of Experience
Qualifications
- Current, active Secret clearance
- Demonstrated ability to independently act as a consultant, to set priorities, to organize tasks, monitor assignments, and ensure completion of assigned work
- Responsible for all cost, schedule and performance reporting on all contract actions for assigned country.
