- Provide Healthcare Marketing and Sales training and educational opportunities as well as develop new content as needed.
- Implementation of LCS' healthcare sales systems and oversight of appropriate ongoing utilization.
- Board / owner engagement as appropriate (e.g. strategic planning, client relations, etc.)
- Implementation of policies, procedures and regulatory compliance as appropriate
- Sales experience in senior housing and post-acute care, ideally with multi-community experience.
- Experience in hiring, training, supervising and motivating admissions / sales and marketing staff.
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study.
- Marketing and Sales experience with Assisted Living and Memory Care a plus.
- Strong business acumen.
- Extensive knowledge of post-acute care marketing and sales techniques and demonstrated proficiency in census development skills.
- Strong organizational skills required.
- Ability to work independently through decentralized direct supervision, to be self-motivated.
- Highly proficient with computer-based record keeping systems and Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Proficiency with Matrix a plus.

Job DescriptionThe Regional Healthcare Marketing and Sales Director will work closely with client communities in the implementation and management of community-based marketing and sales programs. This experienced professional will be responsible for planning, developing and assisting in the implementation of comprehensive marketing and sales programs at assigned sites with the primary goal of achieving budgeted census. The Regional Healthcare Marketing and Sales Director will lead by example, demonstrating best practices ensuring that community staff are enabled and accountable to execute marketing and sales plans and initiatives successfully.
