- Evaluating and processing identity theft and customer validation claims
- Working on a wide variety of investigations
- Experience: Fraud or customer service: 1 year, Resolving difficult customer issues: 1 year
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of cable/telecom operations, detection and analysis, and laws/regulations related to fraud and risk management
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication
- Schedule: Some travel required
- General knowledge of Fraud operations, policies, and procedures
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment
- Effective organization and time management when multitasking

As a Customer Service Fraud Representative, your focus is handling various functions associated with fraud and abuse. You'll answer calls from both customers and non-customers as well as manually review calls. It'll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other
