    We are seeking top Non-CDL Drivers in the industry, offering an exceptional total compensation package, including:

    What your day will look like:

    • Operate, transfer, and deliver freight using a box truck or other equipment
    • Move Yard Tractors as required
    • Handle materials safely with equipment
    • Maintain necessary documentation diligently
    • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections accurately
    • Conduct basic equipment maintenance
    • Ensure secure and proper load placement

    Requirements to excel at GXO:

    • Current DOT medical card
    • Familiarity with DOT regulations
    • Ability to comprehend safety and operational documents
    • Valid driver's license and clean record for the previous 2 years
    • Minimum 21 years of age
    • At least six months of recent DOT-regulated driving experience

    Preferred qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Flexibility for varied work hours and overtime
    • Strong communication skills
