Supports the effective efficient operations across the Pet Care Center Assist in completion of daily SFS picking packing shipping Assist with unloading stocking merchandise supplies supplies according to operational guidelines Process register transactions in a way that creates a great experience for each guest Be proficient within our selling model support guest interactions as needed Adhere promote established safety procedures Perform routine housekeeping tasks maintenance Professional image appearance Participate quarterly annual physical inventory counts Complete omni channel projects policies procedure cleaning planogram sets proper labeling signage fixture needs disposal RTV items appropriate hazardous waste storage cleanup Analyze on site actual conditions comparison written plan identify necessary corrections recommend alterations troubleshoot resolution Coordination field partners ensure fixturing floor plan setup stocking equipment completed according plan properly communicated Communicate Leaders upon completion day remaining unfinished orders SFS WIMR screen correction information complete end day Special Projects needed Other Essential Duties UTILIZE SELLING BEHAVIORS Utilizing behaviors Sales Model critical identifying solving guests needs today future CONTRIBUTE SAFE ENVIRONMENT Empowered training programs maintain safety protocols Bottom line safety partners guests pets #1 priority BE PART COLLABORATIVE CULTURE Great teammate key creating culture centered solving health wellness needs pets ENGAGE CAREER As develop skills knowledge opportunity participate developmental programs support continued growth throughout careerJob description
