    JOB OPPORTUNITY:

    Are you passionate about cooking and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen setting? Johnny Sanchez is seeking skilled individuals to join our team. As a part of our crew, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to perfection while maintaining cleanliness and efficiency.

    • Prepare and produce menu items following recipe standards
    • Control food production ensuring proper cooking methods, times, and temperatures
    • Familiarity with various food preparation techniques
    • Maintain kitchen hygiene and sanitation
    • Keep station and equipment clean and sanitized
    • Stay informed about menu details and presentation

    REQUIREMENTS:

    To be considered for this position, you need to have a high school diploma or GED. Previous experience as a cook or cook's assistant for at least 6 months is preferred. You should also be able to work on your feet for extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, if required. A team player attitude and professional appearance are essential.

    PHYSICAL, MENTAL, & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

    As a cook at Johnny Sanchez, you will need to be physically fit to handle heavy objects and stand for long periods. Manual dexterity and the ability to work with kitchen tools and ingredients are crucial. You should also be comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and be able to multitask effectively.
