Job DescriptionResponsibilites for the Director of Quality:
Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
Define and enforce quality control processes across all stages of the product lifecycle.
Lead the development of quality metrics and KPIs to measure and improve product quality.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for quality improvement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Oversee the development and execution of quality audits and inspections.
Provide leadership and guidance to quality assurance teams, ensuring a culture of excellence and accountability.
Drive the resolution of quality-related issues, including root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
Conduct regular reviews of quality performance and provide reports to senior management.
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to guide the company in quality-related matters.
