We are a rapidly growing company (founded in 2017 & up 140% year over year) we've recently elevated our C-Suite Team in preparation for our next stage of growth and are building our Technology, Product, and Operations Executive Teams. We have been in business for 7 years and have around 40 employees.

You will stitch together APIs and our database, ensuring seamless data flow and system integration. You design, develop and maintain scalable & efficient backend systems focusing on integrating APIs and database layers.

You thrive in a serverless architecture environment (Primarily on the AWS platform)Implement automated workflows for building, testing, and deploying code, ensuring high-quality software deployment.

Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve the backend infrastructure and performance.
Lead and contribute to the creation of system design documents, maintaining a clear documentation process for backend systems. Optimize APIs for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring security practices are adhered to.


What you need:
5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong understanding of API integration and database management.

Proficiency in serverless architecture, particularly on the AWS platformExperience with Snowflake or similar database technologiesStrong coding skills in languages such as Python, Go, or ,Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation toolsExperience in Agile development methodologies Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
