    We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. As a Real Estate Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of The Kaitlin Lovern Real Estate Team. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of our business, ensuring smooth transactions, and enhancing our overall productivity and performance. Applicants should be extremely detail oriented, possess great interpersonal skills, and have knowledge of real estate paperwork processes and database management.     Compensation:

    $50,000 - $55,000

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
    • Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify areas for improvement
    • Communicate with clients to ensure seamless processes.
    • Mitigate risks associated with transactions and operations through proactive measures and diligent oversight.
    • Manage relationships with vendors, including title companies, inspectors, photographers, and contractors.
    • Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients throughout the transaction process, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Coordinate photos, lockboxes, and keys for new listings.
    • Review marketing plans for sellers weekly and ensure implementation.
    • Provide weekly listing activity updates to sellers & team.
    • Prepare & process contracts, addendums, repair requests.
    • Schedule closings and prepare closing gifts.
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in the real estate industry or equivalent experience.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in MLS systems and real estate software is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Background in real estate is required for this position.
    • Professional demeanor and customer-focused approach.
    • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED.
