    Responsibilities:
    • Provide direct nursing care following organization protocols
    • Implement and monitor patient care plans
    • Serve as primary coordinator for patient care
    • Carry out physician and nursing orders
    • Assess patient's discharge planning needs

    Requirements:
    Licensure / Certification / Registration:
    BLS Provider required within 1 month of hire date or job transfer date
    Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (GN) required
    Education:
    Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire

    Additional Preferences:
    Work Experience:
    1 year of RN experience preferred
