    Compensation:
    $20-$24/hour

    Job Summary:

    As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving the organization's marketing initiatives, including corporate sponsorships, content creation, social media management, public relations, graphic design, and communications.

    This position is ideal for a recent college graduate with 1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles, such as marketing assistant, communications assistant, or public relations assistant.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Identify and pursue opportunities for corporate sponsorships and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
    Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.

    Manage and grow the organization's presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and InstagramDevelop and execute public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation and manage public perception.

    Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all design materials.


    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field from an accredited institution.1-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles, such as marketing assistant, communications assistant, or public relations assistant.

    Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    Proficiency in social media management tools, graphic design software, and content creation platforms.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences.
    Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Knowledge of marketing analytics and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
    Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
