This role supports an existing team that oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. The Business Operations organization is responsible for a variety of activities focused on enabling the efficient execution of the AMS E&S organization.
This position will integrate into the business operations organization to provide support to a myriad of activities including preparation of Executive presentations, data compilation and analysis, support to incoming Interns and Pathways, Workforce planning activities, tracking of organizational resources, direct interfacing with support organizations such as Security, IT/IA, HR and TA. This is a collaborative leadership position with routine executive interactions.

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
