- Schedule: 24 hours/week - flexible on which days
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
- Patient Population: All ages
- Managing a patient panel with diverse needs
- Conducting a variety of visits including acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or at testing centers; conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and other methods
- Collaborating with in-office teammates through daily huddles and virtual clinical teams
- Supervising NP or PA colleagues
- Performing additional duties as required
- At least 2 years of Primary Care practice
- State of Oregon medical license
- Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine
