    How does our Manager of IT Services Drive Impact?
    Oversee the daily operations of Support Services
    Manage multiple projects alongside IT Management
    Provide superior customer service collaborating with direct reports and act as an escalation point as needed
    Maintain records and reporting for issues, identify trouble areas, and recommend solutions for improvement
    Monitor response times based on SLA's, evaluate end-user satisfaction levels, and make recommendations for improvement
    Develop and maintain policies for support based on industry best practices
    Maintain asset lifecycle, inventory management, and billing
    Manage software and hardware licensing
    Manage all procurement and IT related purchases for IT and Business
    Train, manage, and ensure staff adhere to all company policies
    Motivate, mentor, and monitor the performance of all department staff
    Appraise staff productivity and efficiency for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status
    Ensure staff complete all required job duties in an accurate and timely manner
    Support the career and professional development of staff
    Lead by example and be an advocate for staff
    Must wear safety eyewear at all times when in dealership service departments
    Must wear hard-toed shoes and slip resistant footwear in when in dealership service departments

    All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
    We're Looking For

    Must be at least 18 years of age
    Must have a Bachelor's degree or higher OR equivalent professional work experience
    2+ years of managing and mentoring technical personnel
    3+ years of system troubleshooting and repair experience
    Ability

    to perform tasks outside normally scheduled business hours to complete

    project work, provide on-call support, and/or implement scheduled

    changes
    Ability

    to manage changing priorities and the ability to handle several simple

    tasks concurrently with assistance required to help set priorities
    Ability

    to interact and work with others as part of a team. Understand their

    role on the team, and how their work supports the team's goals
    Must possess excellent organizational, technical written and verbal communication skills
    Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
