With your exceptional customer service skills, you'll lead our team in providing unparalleled support to students as they pursue their educational goals.
ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the Financial Aid department
Track financial aid funds allocations
Monitor and maintain compliance
Evaluate and resolve student inquiries
Train and motivate the team
Additional Requirements
2+ years of experience in Title IV Administration
Knowledge of Title IV rules, regulations, and implementations on federal and state levels
Microsoft Office Suite
