Standard Work Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30am - 5:30pm (No Nights or Weekends)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Solicit new acquisition
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma
Must be able to pass a Background Screen
Insurance license REQUIRED
Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Experience in managing client relationships preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Dedicated to customer service
Ability to work well with a team & autonomously
Able to effectively relate to a customer
