    • Spring Group of Greensboro, North Carolina. The Well
    • Spring Group is a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to provide aging-adult services which create an experience that exceeds the needs of an evolving and diverse population of older adults. The Village at Brookwood offers a full continuum of care services for older adults, including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care.
    Now Available: Nurse (RN/LPN) PRN position for any shift in Heath Care. You will:
    • Provide all direct resident care and adhere to the principles of the Resident's Rights Policy.
    • Interpret policies and procedures to nursing assistants, residents, families, and physicians.
    • Communicate vital information to clinical team during shift changes.
    • Conduct resident rounds daily, reporting problems to Nursing Supervisor and initiating corrective action.
    • Utilize and execute "The Nursing Process" which requires assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care.
    • Perform and document comprehensive assessment of each resident.
    • Order, administer, and document medications and treatments per the physician's order and accurately record all care provided.
    • Coach nursing assistants and recommend disciplinary action, when necessary, to the Director of Nursing.
    Successful candidates will have graduated from an approved School of Nursing and be currently licensed as a RN/LPN in good standing with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
    Previous experience with geriatric residents is desirable.
