    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly motivated Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of Olive Park Village, a premier residential community in the heart of the city. As the Property Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the community by maintaining high occupancy rates, providing exceptional customer service, and managing the financial performance of the property. You will work closely with the leasing team, maintenance staff, and corporate office to ensure that all aspects of the property are running smoothly and efficiently.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
    • 3+ years of experience in property management
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with Yardi property management software
    • Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents
    • Ensure that all leasing and resident files are accurate and up-to-date
    • Oversee the maintenance staff and ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner
    • Prepare and manage the property budget, including rent collection and expense control

    Skills:

    As the Property Manager, you will utilize your strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills on a daily basis. You will work closely with the leasing team to develop and implement marketing strategies, and with the maintenance staff to ensure that all work orders are completed in a timely and efficient manner. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software will be essential to managing the financial performance of the property. Preferred qualifications such as experience with Yardi property management software, a CPM designation, and bilingualism in English and Spanish will be beneficial in this role.
