Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.

Job Title: Paraprofessional

Location: Oakley, CA

Position Overview: Seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to provide essential support to teachers and students.

Responsibilities:

Assist with lesson plans and classroom activities.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment.
Support students with academic and behavioral challenges.
Foster positive relationships with students.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Prior experience working with students, preferably in education.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for student success.
