We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded

Finance Manager Sales and FP&A

to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance through comprehensive analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.

Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Develop and maintain financial models to support business decision-making and strategic initiatives
Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations to drive revenue growth, cost savings, and operational efficiencies
Partner with Sales teams to provide financial and strategic support
Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior leadership to support decision-making processes
Drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of financial planning and reporting processes
Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and development

Requirements

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software applications
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:
CPA, CFA, or MBA designation
Experience in the technology industry or a fast-growing company
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
