As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. This individual will play a crucial role in managing all audits within the company, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as SSAE 18, PCI-DSS, and others.

    Job Description:

    As the Senior Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all audit processes within the company, including but not limited to SSAE 18 SOC 1, PCI-DSS, PCI-3DS and other regulatory requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our systems, processes, and controls meet the necessary compliance standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead and manage all aspects of audit processes, including planning, execution, and remediation efforts.
    2. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, operations, and legal, to ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
    3. Conduct regular assessments of internal controls and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
    4. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation related to compliance standards.
    5. Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory agencies, facilitating audit activities and responding to inquiries.
    6. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, proactively identifying emerging compliance issues and recommending appropriate actions.
    7. Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters.
    8. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance overall compliance posture and risk management strategies.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CISM) is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
    • Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations, including SSAE, PCI, GDPR, and others.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing audits and driving compliance initiatives.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex problems and develop practical solutions.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools is desirable.
