All full-time team members start at $15/hour and can receive a $375/month health insurance subsidy after 30 days.
All full-time/full-availability team members start at $15/hour
All team members (full-time and part-time) benefit from a great work environment, Sundays off, and work meals. Additionally, everyone can qualify for an annual 401(k) contribution and paid time off

Requirements

The advertised $15/hour rate is for full-time. Other pay ranges will apply for students and others with limited availability and/or qualifications
Saturday availability is required for all team members (typical schedule includes 1-3 Saturdays/month depending on availability and needs of the business)
Monday-Saturday availability required for all full-time team members (typically scheduled five days/week)
Appearance guidelines must be followed at all times (natural hair color, no visible tattoos, piercings limited to 2 per ear, facial hair must be short and well-kept)
Must be 16 years of age
Must be eligible for work in the United States
Must have access to reliable transportation
Ability and willingness to work outside in various weather conditions
Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
