Job Description

The Dishwasher maintains a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the cleanliness of dishes, equipment, and utensils. This role is essential to providing an excellent dining experience for our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Washes dishes by hand or loads them into the dishwasher machine.
Cleans and stores utensils, pots, and pans in a sanitary manner.
Maintains the dishwashing machine and reports any issues promptly.
Sweeps and cleans the restaurant, including windows and filters.
Ensures a clean supply of cleaning products and orders as needed.
Transfers supplies and equipment between warehouses and work areas.
Follows nutrition and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

Able to perform all duties safely and efficiently.

Working Conditions:

This role requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Estimated Salary:

$35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
