• This Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking a board certified Psychiatrist to build a mental health program.

The service will be 100% outpatient and offered Monday – Friday only. Currently, a LCSW and a part time Psych NP are available to work with the new Psychiatrist.

The FQHC would prefer a candidate willing to see children and adolescents, but an adult-only Psychiatrist is acceptable, as that is the most pressing need.

An interest in community health care and underserved populations is preferred. Educational loan repayment through the National Health Service Corps is available in some, but not all cases.

Great restaurants, ample school opportunities to choose from and many desirable neighborhoods make Macon one of the great locations to live in the south.
