    Business Development Executive Summary

    The Business Development Executive will drive revenue growth by securing Bulk/R.O.E. agreements within multi-dwelling and single family home communities. This role focuses on Fision Home residential products and services, with opportunities to collaborate across Fision Stay and Fision Work divisions for cross-functional projects.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage a designated territory to generate leads, maximize prospects, and secure new agreements.
    • Assist account management in renegotiating or extending service agreements with existing Hotwire communities.
    • Achieve and exceed lead generation and sales quota targets.
    • Present to property managers, boards of directors, developers, consultants, or decision-makers to promote telecommunications services.
    • Create proposals and respond to RFP questionnaires in a timely manner, providing professional follow-up on business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure contracts align with negotiated business points and are delivered timely and within expectations.
    • Attend community events, tradeshows, business development associations, and networking events for potential business opportunities.
    • Work with the marketing and event team to deliver impressive sales demonstrations and tours, including collateral, giveaways, refreshments, entertainment, transportation, and logistics.
    • Stay informed about market competition and trends affecting our business locally.
    • Participate in the launch process when a new community enters into agreement with Hotwire, ensuring project management meets expectations set during negotiations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
    • At least five years' experience in business development within the telecommunications industry.
    • Previous experience selling telecommunications services and negotiating long-term agreements, with a focus on bulk service arrangements.
    • Outdoor sales experience and/or local property management/real estate/developer connections beneficial.
    • Demonstrated success in quota attainment and other relevant KPIs.
    • Must be energetic, self-motivated, and able to work independently within company guidelines.
    • Flexible, proactive, and able to present professionally to clients.
