Description
What will you do?Ensure needs and resources are balanced (MRP) for raw material and components
Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate processes for material delivery on time
Day to day PO placement and management of deliveries, including weekly calls and daily communication with suppliers
Monitor inventory levels against targeted levels
Ensure product availability by taking actions to solve backorders and shortages
Support stock discrepancies analysis and drive correct actions to improve the process
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field
2+ years of direct experience in purchasing, upstream planning and inventory management
Business understanding of supply chain, value streams, reporting and forecasts
Strong leadership and change management skills
Strong influence and convincing skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Previous experience on ERP system such as: AMAPS or SAP
High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
