Senior Financial Analyst
95-115k+Bonus
King of Prussia PA
Liberty Personnel is working with an industry leading client adding a Senior Financial Analyst to their corporate finance team due to company growth.
Report to the Director of Finance
Support the evaluation of organic and M&A new business opportunities and risks, through pro forma modeling and other financial analyses
Assist in sourcing and assessing M&A targets
Assist in due diligence, deal negotiation processes, and debt capital-raising activities
Analyze potential and closed acquisition opportunities
Assist in the creation of forecasts, budgets, and financial models
Perform profitability, data and pricing analysis
Assist with strategic initiatives, decision support, and metric development.
Perform all types of analysis; cost, trend, market, profitability, and ad hoc
Look to identify cost reductions, process improvements, project initiatives
Provide variance analysis on forecast, budgets, income statement
Work cross functionally with financial operations, accounting, marketing, and leadership
Ad Hoc Projects
Requirements
BS in Accounting Finance, Math, Economics, Engineering or related field
2+ years of M&A Corporate Finance experience or 2+ years working in Due Diligence and/or Transaction Advisory department
Knowledge of GAAP Principles
Modeling experience
Strong analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong Database and/or ERP systems skills
