    Description

    We are looking for a Technical Expert to join our team!

    • Contribute to projects as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a specific technology or domain, keeping up to date with the latest developments.
    • Evaluate the impact of new technology on existing systems based on your expertise.
    • Design systems and evaluate the efficiency of current technology resources, proposing changes and modifications when necessary.
    • Lead the optimization, validation, and approval of technology applications in customer products.
    • Understand customer technical requirements thoroughly, as well as the technology resources and limitations of the company.
    • Collaborate with the project team to identify and utilize technical resources needed to meet production and quality goals set by customers.
    • Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders, considering the customer's viewpoint.
    • Ensure adherence to internal tools and processes.
    • Encourage the team to focus on delivering value to customers continuously, beyond immediate project goals.
    • Establish quality planning methodologies, define standards, document quality criteria, and manage audits and project monitoring.
    • Review project profitability and provide regular status reports to management and customers.
    • Conduct steering committee meetings and maintain regular communication with customers.
    • Create necessary documentation and materials to facilitate solution management and replicability.
    • Foster teamwork, mentor, motivate, and develop team members to enhance their skills and achieve results.
    • Handle complex situations such as business risks, vendor issues, and customer expectations without affecting team morale.
    • Provide technical guidance and assess team performance effectively.
