Job summary:
You will serve as a Senior Project Planner in the Planning Design and Construction Directorate's Strategic Planning Division PDC3 of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND.Duties:
You will provide guidance and technical support for a wide range of infrastructure facility planning projectsYou will analyze interprets policies regulations instructions processes to make project development site planning resourcing Anti Deficiency Act work classification decisions solutionsYou will have effective communication skills to explain explore justify decisions resolve controversies conflicting planning project development issuesYou will track development delivery workload forecasting resource allocation perform technical review project development facility planning projects
- You must demonstrate at least one year specialized experience GS-13 grade level pay band Federal service equivalent experience private public sector.
