    Senior Clinical Psychiatric Social Worker Role Description

    This senior role requires a skilled leader who can oversee key department functions, including patient care, supervision of clinical practice of staff, and administrative duties such as hiring, retaining, and counseling of staff.

    Main Duties:

    1. Coordinate and monitor department functions to achieve departmental goals.
    2. Supervise the clinical practice of staff and provide feedback for improvement.
    3. Liaise with other departments to meet departmental objectives.

    Essential Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).
    • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably as a supervisor.
    • Expertise in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
