    JOB SUMMARY:


    As Call by Call Sales Manager, You will be a coach, mentor, call supervisor, and first point of contact for plumbers while they are on the service call.


    You will be responsible for supervising the sales process for all plumbers as they are dispatched and while they are in the home performing service.

    You will support good customer relations by ensuring that services are provided as scheduled, at competitive prices, and that all applicable codes and regulations are adhered to.


    Primary responsibilities:
    Supervise the entire sales process to maximize all opportunities for the plumber, the company, and the customer.

    As Call by Call Sales Manager, you will own every service call from start to finish. You will guide, coach, motivate, and instruct all plumbers throughout the service call visit.

    Pregame with each plumber prior to arrival at jobsite

    Grow average tickets

    Improve on Plumber close rates

    Manage Plumber productivity for maximum efficiency

    Ensure all sales and service steps are followed on every service call.

    Post call debriefing with plumber and customer

    Ensure each job is completed on time and to customer satisfaction

    Assist in providing accurate reports and updates on labor costs, work scheduling, billing, and payroll.

    Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing technical and communication training to all subordinates to increase performance.

    Participate in all company sponsored training classes.

    Effectively manage conflict resolution with clients through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently while plumber is at the service call

    Communicate with other departments to ensure the proper transfer of all service work business data.

    Maintain a professional image at all times

    Follow safety policies and procedures.

    Abide by ALL Ben Franklin standards of performance and code of ethics.

    Maintain courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.


    Physical requirements:
    Ability to work under stressful conditions and may be exposed to verbal and/or physical confrontations.

    Must be able to work extended hours, nights or weekends.

    Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation to a known disability

    5+ years of successful home services (sales) experience.

    Management experience and or training

    Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

    Strong Computer skills and general knowledge of windows based systems
