We seek an attorney with 3-8+ years of experience in oil and gas title examination to join our dynamic Energy Department. This role involves examining title records determining ownership of surface mineral and leasehold interests researching analyzing unique title issues drafting complex title opinions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Examine title records determining ownership of surface mineral and leasehold interests.
    • Research analyze unique title issues.
    • Draft complex title opinions.

    Our ideal candidates have 3-8+ years of related legal experience a background in oil and gas transactions particularly involving lease easement or purchase agreement drafting strong analytical writing interpersonal skills academic credentials J.D. from ABA-Accredited Law School licensed to practice in Iowa Minnesota North Dakota or Wisconsin ability to obtain North Dakota license.
