    We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to provide comprehensive support to our attorneys and contribute to our ongoing cases.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct extensive legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to assist in the preparation of legal advice, briefs, and court papers.
    • Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, then file them with the court.
    • Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system, ensuring all relevant information is accessible and easy to locate.
    • Assist attorneys in preparing for trial by conducting investigations, interviewing witnesses, and handling other discovery tasks.
    • Coordinate the delivery of subpoenas and assist with the preparation and handling of exhibits for trial.
    • Provide litigation support during trials by managing exhibits, taking notes, or reviewing trial transcripts.
    • Liaise with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel to schedule interviews, meetings, and depositions.

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's degree is required; a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is highly desirable.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation.
    • Proficiency in legal research platforms such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
    • Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and effective legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
    • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide practical legal solutions.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and case management software.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
    • A high level of integrity and professional responsibility, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
