We are currently on the hunt for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Superintendent to join our growing team in the Construction industry.
This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to leverage your skills and experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Oversee the planning, development, and execution of ground-up School design and build construction projects.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and strategies.
Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Provide leadership, direction, and support to the project team.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent in the Construction industry.
Proven experience in K-12 construction, commercial projects, design-build, industrial, warehouse, and office projects.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
