- Keep those accurate and timely clinical records in check, making sure you're in full compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations and standards. Dot those I's and cross those T's

- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state
- Minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with diverse populations
- Commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practice
