    The Business Analyst manager is responsible for the identification, analysis, and implementation of process improvements and transformation, supporting the data, business and back-office processes for HCM.

    You will play a pivotal role in aligning business goals with process and technology solutions and providing actionable insights to drive efficiency and innovation.

    This global role is a key agent in technology transformation aligned to maximum business impact and operational efficiency.

    Process Transformation & Solution Design

    Lead the identification and assessment of opportunities for process transformation.

    Partner closely with ES global operations and support teams as well as compliance and legal to prioritize initiatives and projects.

    Develop and implement strategic plans for process and technology improvements.
    Oversee the development of comprehensive and clear requirement specifications.

    Liaise between BT and teams outside of ES global operations for enhancement requests, supporting with requirements gathering as appropriate and advising on prioritization for business impact.

    Review and validate requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.

    Partner with the change management team to implement change management activities with workstream teams by authoring communications, creating enablement materials, or delivering training (as needed) through the use of change management tools to drive project adoption.

    Partner with PMO to enable project objectives, prioritize responsibilities, delegate tasks, execute project deliverables, identify risks, and track and measure successful completion for functional workstreams.

    Proactive and forward thinking attitude and creative problem solving ability
    Experience facilitating and leading process / requirements building & design workshops
    Strong ability to elicit needs and partner with delivery teams to translate into pragmatic solutions.
    Exceptional problem-solving skills with a passion for employee experience, data, process definition, technology enablement and continuous learning
    Ability to adapt to change and provide stable support system to team and stakeholders

    Requirements:
    Education & Experience ;

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology and/or HR related
    5-7 years experience in Business Analysis / Project Management Roles, Previous people management experience preferred but not required
    Knowledge of Workday HCM and Salesforce Platforms (preferred but not required)
    Process Improvement training and experience
    Change Management training and experience
    Results-driven, solutions-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

    For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $109,400 to $150,500.

    Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
