    Job Description BAE is seeking an experienced Change & Configuration Manager to support our Government Partner with all program related activities including stakeholder management, configuration and change management processes and coordination with the system engineers and system admins.


    In this role you will:

    • Conduct process analysis, workflow documentation, detailed data analysis, change management, and configuration management activities.
    • Lead planning, analysis, and execution of the development of a team solution for a Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
    • Drive utilization of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to baseline, identify, track, document, audit, and control the functional and physical characteristics of the system design.
    • Plan, schedule, and drive implementation of configuration and change management processes to support development of systems, products, and processes.
    • Perform periodic configuration status accounting through audits of systems baselines and associated configuration related content.
    • Catalog, track, and trace configuration items using attributes and schemas.
    • Develop, coordinate, and maintain policies and procedures in support of the Functional Control Board (FCB) and the Change Control Board (CCB) implementation and execution.
    • Oversee team that facilitates the FCB & CCB process and meeting.
    • Provide training to personnel on change and configuration management related work instructions and processes.
    • Responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements and execute cyber related tasks
    • Lead process improvement and special project activities requiring engagement and collaboration with a variety of functional teams

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    * - 7 years of experience with IT configuration management policies and procedures, instructions, and standards

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
    • Advanced understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
    • Advanced understanding of Agile Methodology
    • Experience communicating directly with stakeholders up to executive leadership to illicit requirements, request information and/or support, and follow on actions.
    • Advance knowledge of MS Suite of tools specifically MS Project & Excel (vlookups, index, match, pivot tables)
    • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
    • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
    Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills


    • Master's degree
    • ITIL Certification
    • Agile certification
    • Significant experience with CMDB
    Pay Information


    Full-Time Salary Range:
    $ $191070

    This range is based on our market pay structures.

    However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:

    business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
