- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Be the leader of a team
assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance for multiple
parallel projects, working closely with Project Engineers from other groups and
the Program Managers. You will partner
with the technical resource managers, assist with staffing, and be the primary focal
for program cost, schedule, and technical issue coordination and escalation. You will lead prioritization of work packages,
design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance. The Platforms Center-of-Excellent
Engineering team includes diverse Software, Electrical, Mechanical, and
FPGA/ASIC teams and you will coordinate all of them with our customer programs.
