- Establishing insurance claims against auto and commercial policies
- Assisting clients with property damage repairs/total loss resolution, coordinating rental vehicle, and removing client's vehicles from tow yards to mitigate damages
- Coordinating medical care and ensuring that clients get the medical treatment they need and ensuring the case supports it
- Collecting and auditing medical records and bills, verifying balances, and spotting significant issues for negotiation purposes
- Consistently following up with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and clients until completion of a task
- Obtaining health insurance subrogation liens and ensuring health insurance is utilized for treatment when applicable Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED required
