Job Summary:

Minimum Qualifications:
Education
High School or GED
Experience
Two+ years prior maintenance experience required, with 1 to 2 years experience in commercial maintenance preferred.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration
Electrical, plumbing or HVAC certification is preferred but not necessary.
Florida driver's license required.
