    Your Role

    In this role, you will ensure the physical cycle counts are performed, accurate inventory levels are maintained, and account for all defective or damaged products, and provide corrective action. Your typical shift will be Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5pm. As a 3PL provider, we will count on your leadership skills to help drive excellent service for our valued customer.

    Your Responsibilities

    • You will
      be accountable for the success of the inventory function and customer
      satisfaction
    • Lead an
      inventory team, train and motivate staff, evaluate and guide their
      performance, and nurture their professional development
    • Identify
      new techniques and analytics to improve the overall planning process
    • Lead the
      annual cost planning process ensuring accuracy and transparency
    • Oversee and monitor discrepancies via
      cycle counts and adjustments
    • Implement
      loss prevention programs to reduce shrinkage and minimize risk
    • Build a
      recovery program to ensure all defective product is accounted for and
      handled properly
    • Promote accountability
      and process improvement based on goals; create action plans and issue
      resolution tracking
    • Create
      Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all inventory roles
    • Manage related
      quality and accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly
      reports
    • Create
      all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate counts
    • Drive
      accountability and process improvement based on KPIs and targets, including
      creating action plans and issue resolution tracking

    Your Skills and Experiences

    • Bachelor's
      degree in supply chain or related field, or equivalent work experience
    • 7+ years
      of experience in a distribution environment
    • 5+ years
      in an inventory role
    • 3+ years
      in a leadership position
    • 3+ years
      of WMS experience
    • Experience
      handling healthcare product in a 3PL environment is strongly preferred
    • Certified in
      Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is a plus
