- You will
be accountable for the success of the inventory function and customer
satisfaction - Lead an
inventory team, train and motivate staff, evaluate and guide their
performance, and nurture their professional development - Identify
new techniques and analytics to improve the overall planning process - Lead the
annual cost planning process ensuring accuracy and transparency - Oversee and monitor discrepancies via
cycle counts and adjustments - Implement
loss prevention programs to reduce shrinkage and minimize risk - Build a
recovery program to ensure all defective product is accounted for and
handled properly - Promote accountability
and process improvement based on goals; create action plans and issue
resolution tracking - Create
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all inventory roles - Manage related
quality and accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly
reports - Create
all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate counts - Drive
accountability and process improvement based on KPIs and targets, including
creating action plans and issue resolution tracking - Bachelor's
degree in supply chain or related field, or equivalent work experience - 7+ years
of experience in a distribution environment - 5+ years
in an inventory role - 3+ years
in a leadership position - 3+ years
of WMS experience - Experience
handling healthcare product in a 3PL environment is strongly preferred - Certified in
Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is a plus
