    Growing together. As the Home and Community Bases Services Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and medication remindersSupport household tasks, meal preparation, and accompany clients to appointments or errands as neededMonitor and document client condition, vital signs, and incidents; maintain confidentiality and use EVV systemEnsure a safe environment, operate medical equipment properly, and respond promptly to client needs You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in


    Required Qualifications:
    Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportationCurrent CPR certificationAbility to work flexible hours and independentlyAbility to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client

    State-Specific Requirements:

    PA: Successfully complete one of the following: a competency OR training program developed by the agency that meets the requirements identified in 28 Pa.

    Code § OR A home health aide training program meeting the requirements of 42 CFR OR A training program meeting the training standards imposed on the agency as a provider in a Medicaid Waiver or other publicly funded program providing PCS services.

    Preferred Qualifications: 6+ months of home care experience

    Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

    The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $27.69 per hour based on full-time employment.
