If you are a Rockstar CNA or HCA-C seeking a position where you can do what you love with a consistent and secure weekly pay, then you've landed in the right spot. We are in search of an individual with an active CNA or HCA-C license to join our team of caregivers as an On-Call Full-Time Salaried CNA, offering care for clients in their residences. A float CNA or HCA-C typically works in various client homes primarily across King County, Snohomish County, and Pierce County.

Main Responsibilities:
Deploy yourself where you are most needed to ensure timely fulfillment of a client's care requirements and to back up your healthcare team at EverHome HealthCare. Provide both direct and indirect care for clients as per their approved Plan of Care; aid clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs). Be ready for emergency caregiving shifts. Lead your colleagues by training them for success in the shifts you have covered. Apart from client care, you will engage in office activities, receiving cross-training in various departments ranging from Recruiting to Office Administration.
